We'll take the time to discuss your history, assess your movement, and identify the root cause of your pain or limitation. From there, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that combines hands-on therapy and targeted exercises to get you moving confidently toward recovery and performance.

Physical therapy session

1:1 Follow up

30 Minutes - $90

Follow-up sessions are where progress takes shape. We'll continue building on your individualized plan through a combination of manual therapy, progressive exercises, and movement coaching. Each session is adapted to your current stage of recovery, ensuring that your treatment evolves as you do; helping you return to the activities your love, stronger than before.

Preventative Movement Screen

45 minutes - $120

You don't need an injury to take charge of your movement. This session is designed to assess how your body moves, identify areas of imbalance or restriction, and highlight potential risks before they become setbacks. Whether you're active, returning to sport, or simply want to move better in daily life, this proactive screen helps you build a foundation for long term strength and resilience.

Comprehensive 1:1 Follow up

45 Minutes - $110

This extended session provides additional time for deeper, more detailed approach to your care. Perfect for complex injuries, full body movement assessments, or when you're looking to refine performance beyond recovery. It allows for extra focus on manual therapy, strength progression, and guided movement retraining; ensuring every aspect of your rehab or performance plan is fine-tuned to your goals
